DUBAI'S HAT EXTRAVAGANZA

Dubai World Cup 2010The Dubai Word Cup 2010's fashion competition had plenty of style and creativity on display: small berets, sculpted headpieces from straw and fabric, and, of course, Dubai's favourite, explosions of feathers adorned heads!
